Admission Process

ADMISSIONS

Come to the school campus the counselors will assist you with the details. Prospectus and application forms will be available every year from the school office. Admission Enquiry is entertained from 2nd week of January.

(Details will be provided on School’s Notice Board.)

Admissions :- Class 1 – Class IX.

Procedure : Firstly, Students seeking admission to our school are required to appear at and qualify in the written and oral test conducted by the Admission Department.

Documents Required : Students of all classes have to submit two passport size photographs. and T.C. , Students from district other than Gaya (Bihar Board) are required to get their TC countersigned by competent authorities such as District Education Office/ Dist Supt. of Education/ Block Education Officer/ R.O. of CBSE.

Fee : The school fee is charged monthly.
Application can be submitted from Mid – January in the School Office.

Primary Section – For Class I – 25% seats reserved for admission as per the RTE norms of the Govt. For Class VI – Class IX, The admissions are based on availability of seats.

Admissions :- Std. XI

Procedure : Admission procedure begins only after the CBSE board results of class 10th are declared. Forms are available only after the Board results.

SCIENCE STREAM : ENGLISH, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHEMATICS, BIOLOGY & PHYSICAL EDUCATION

OFFICE HOURS
Principal’s office : Monday to Friday – 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (also with special appointment on weekends).

School’s office : Monday to Friday : 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM , Saturday : 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
